Sharing Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies Competition: Triple Entry Chance

March 1, 2012 2 comments

I love Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies products. My favourites of her range are the Tuscan Style Risotto Cakes and the Lemon Delicious Slice – mmmm.

I usually have a packet or 2 in the cupboard but now is the time to get some more as Melinda currently has competition, where if you purchase 2 products from her range and enter them online then you can win a Luxury Escape for Two to Spicers Peak Lodge.

For March, Melinda is giving you a chance to get a triple entry by visiting her facebook page for the code.

Remember, I am not running the competition, Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies is and you can enter here after buying 2 of her awesome product lines.

Good luck!

Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies Review!

March 13, 2011 9 comments

Today is the start of Coeliac Awareness Week here in Australia. As I said in my wrap up post of it, Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies has been very generous to help celebrate this week with lots of giveaways.

I was also very lucky as Melinda sent me some of her goodies to try out. I have always love Melinda’s products so I was very happy to try out some new ones.

Melinda’s Gluten-Free Sundried Tomato and Spinach Muffins

The best part about premixes is that they are quick and easy to mix up. These muffins are super easy, quick to cook and soooo yummy! Perfect for a quick lunch. I confess I have tried these before as they are fantastic for lunches, especially when out and about. They freeze fantastically as well. Oh and you have to try them with cream cheese on them when cooked. There is seriously nothing better. Yum!

Melinda’s Gluten-Free Choc Walnut Slice

I hadn’t tried this one before and ok so mine doesn’t look like the box , I think the pan I used was too big. Not that it mattered as it was delicious and a bit hit with the hubby.

Melinda’s Gluten Free Tuscan-Style Risotto Cake

I have had these before – they featured on my Christmas Day menu! Just like the sundried tomato and spinach muffins, they are perfect for lunch. I love these and a packet is always in my cupboard or risotto cakes in  my freezer. My 2 boys also love them. My 6 year old always asks for them for dinner.

Melinda’s Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie

I actually hadn’t tried this one yet so I was very excited to try it.  Like the others, it is a simple and easy pre mix to make up. And it is delicious. So so yummy. Seriously the best brownie I have ever had except for my friends famous one. (no I cannot share that recipe, it is one of those secret ones) That is high praise indeed. My hubby also agrees it is the best one ever.

Melinda’s Gluten Free Lemon Curd Delights

These were new to me as well. I love lemon so I whipped them up very soon after I received them. So yummy, just loved them and they didn’t last long enough to freeze. All members of the family loved them

As you can see, we loved them all. Thank you Melinda for sending them to me to try. I appreciate it. For a list of the products click here.

Another product I have discovered on Melinda’s website is Gluten Free Self Raising Flour! It is a new product so I wasn’t sent any but I am very excited to try and find it in the shops and give it a go.

Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies can be found at all major supermarkets and health food shops.

Thank you Melinda for being so generous in allowing me to try them
