My Weekly Menu including some Gluten Free Meal Ideas

October 10, 2011 1 comment

School is back for us and its Term 4. The last term of school already. We went to the shops on the weekend and Christmas stock is starting to be put on the shelves and oh crikey, I have to think of Christmas soon. Actually now!

Weekly Menu Plan

MondaySlow Cooker Risotto – this is Gluten Free if you use the right stock and I also add roasted pumpkin to it while cooking and then before serving I add sundried tomatoes. So so yummy.

TuesdaySlow Cooker Sausage Casserole – even though I don’t eat this you can make it gluten free by using gluten free sausages.

WednesdayGluten Free Curried Tuna Slice with steamed veg

Thursday – Honey Mustard Chicken for the boys, I’ll pass on the chicken and use the sauce to make Honey Mustard Stir fry veg – really nice – and gluten free of course!

Friday – Pumpkin Soup with Gluten Free Rice Noodles Cakes on the side

Saturday – Homemade Gluten Free Battered Fish – will be trying the new Vitarium Batter Mix I bought and homemade potato wedges with salad

Sunday – Simple Supper Night

Linking up with other meal plans at Org Junkie.

Have a great week!
